The property offers amazing views of the Black Hills. The location is tucked away in the woods offering privacy but is just minutes from the action and events in Deadwood and Sturgis. The garage and apartment are the perfect place to enjoy time with friends and family.

 

The garage offers 3 large bays, power washer with in floor drain, TV and lounge chairs to relax, and plenty of room for your toys. It also includes a shop sink and designated work space. Tools are available upon request. Traeger grill and smokeless fire pit are also included.

 

The large pond on the premises is currently being filled and is off-limits. However, guests are able to enjoy viewing the wildlife that the pond and wooded location bring.

 

The upstairs apartment offers two identical bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed with high quality pillows and linens. Bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryers.

 

The bar is in the middle of the space with a large TV and seating for eight. It also includes the bar essentials with a bar cart and ice maker. The lounge/living room includes a couch, fireplace and TV. 

 

The kitchenette includes an all in one microwave/toaster/oven. Other amenities include a countertop stove, fully stocked coffee bar, dishes, silverware, spices, along with all other kitchen essentials.

 

Guest Access

Guests have access to the three car garage, apartment, and parking in front of the garage. The garage and apartment are attached to a home by two more garage bays. Make sure not to park in front of the attached two car garage. There is also a large pond being filled in the backyard, which is currently off-limits.

 

Other Things to Note

Property is located about a mile down a well maintained gravel county road. The three car garage and apartment for rent have a separate private entrance from a single family home. The properties are attached yet separated by the garages. 

 

As previously mentioned, a large pond is on the property and is currently being filled. Guests are not permitted to go in or around the pond. This is a zero tolerance policy and guests will be asked to leave if this rule is broken.
